LANCE QUINN first came to The Bible Church of Little Rock as Pastor-Teacher in August of 1996. Lance, who grew up in Arkansas, and who also graduated from Arkansas State University in 1982, has been in full-time ministry since 1986. It was at the university that he began to earnestly read the Bible and over a sixth month period of time during his freshman year, he repented of his sin and embraced Christ by faith alone. For the next 3 and ½ years, he grew in his relationship with the Lord and upon graduation, entered seminary with a calling and desire to preach and teach God’s Word. Lance subsequently graduated from The Master’s Seminary in California, where he also served as the Senior Associate Pastor at Grace Community Church in the Los Angeles area. He and his wife, Beth, have eight children. They enjoy sports and you can usually find them playing and/or watching sporting events all around Arkansas and the Mid-South. TODD MURRAY has been a member of BCLR’s pastoral team since 1983 when he graduated from Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, IL. He oversees both the Missions ministry and the Worship/Music ministry of the church. In the area of missions, Todd places a strong emphasis on pastoral care of our missionaries, several of whom have been sent out from BCLR. In the worship ministry, Todd finds joy in his responsibilities for the spiritual and musical preparation of a large team of musicians, composing and recording music for the church, planning worship services, leading and directing of the choir and orchestra, and preparing and conducting of special concerts. Todd is grateful that like Timothy, from childhood he has “know the sacred writings which are able to give you the wisdom that leads to salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.” 2 Timothy 3:15. The Lord mercifully saved him from a life that was characterized by love of self, love of pleasure, and an idolatrous desire for the approval of others. While serving on staff Todd also received a Bachelor of Music from the University of Arkansas, Little Rock and a Master of Ministry degree through Moody Graduate School. Todd has recorded several CD’s and is the author of Beyond Amazing Grace: Timeless Wisdom from the Letters, Hymns, and Sermons of John Newton published by Evangelical Press. He and his wife, Tandy, have been blessed with five children and one new daughter-in-law!

TIM SENN has been the Pastor of Student Ministries since 1997, which includes junior high and high school ministries. He received his B.A. from Clemson University in 1993 and his M.Div. from The Master’s Seminary in 1997. While in college, God graciously opened his spiritual eyes at the age of 19 to realize his need to be clothed in the righteousness of Christ, rather than in his own ‘filthy rags’ of self-righteousness. Since that time, his single passion has been to know Christ more and to make Him known to others. Tim and his wife, Hannah, have four children and enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and riding bikes together.

AARON WILSON is the Children’s Ministry Director overseeing all ministries from the nursery to the 6th grade. He has been serving in this area for over six years, but recently joined the staff of The Bible Church in August of 2009. Aaron received his Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies from Central Baptist College in Conway, Arkansas and is currently working toward his MDiv at The Expositors Seminary. He was converted at the age of 22 in the midst of a self-absorbed, sinful and godless life. He can still remember the Lord’s kind gift of repentance, allowing him to forsake his life of sin and cling to Christ as his only hope.   Aaron and his wife Anita have four children and enjoy reading, photography, blogging, being outdoors and an annual trip to Gulf Shores.
