At BCLR the word “Witness” encompasses two areas of ministry, Mission and Outreach.

Outreach encompasses the service and evangelistic ministries to the community that lives and works within the church’s immediate sphere of influence.

Mission ministry involves taking the gospel beyond the immediate influence of the sending church. The objectives of mission ministry are evangelism, discipleship and the training of national leaders. The aim is the planting and strengthening of indigenous churches for the glory of God.
